WORCESTER ROYALS

 

The Worcester Royals are the official american football team of the University of Worcester. 

 

Founded in 2007 the Royals currently play in the BUCS American Football Midlands Division 1. The club first entered the league in 2009 and have been on the rise ever since, finishing last season with 5 wins to 2 losses, their best season to date, narrowly missing out on playoff football.

 

In 2014 the Royals continued their intent of becoming a presence in the local Worcester community with their charity initiative. This is something that the club aim to continue in future with the aim of becoming a reknowned figure in and around the city of Worcester.
